Scope and Contents From the Series: This series consists of notebooks related to Herbert Keightley Job's work as an ornithologist, as well as some miscellaneous notebooks by other creators. Notebooks on ornithology span the late 19th century and early 20th, and go into detail about Job's bird watching observations in Bentreville, Massachusetts, and his travels in the Dakotas between 1898 to 1900.
