Conservation Assessment was completed in 2009. Also included are drawings and copies of photographs; National Register information; correspondence and material about the history of the building and information about historic preservation.

This project was done with Richard Swibold, AIA. Folder contains copies of photographs of barn interior after renovation of structure into a residence.

Architectural Conservation Assessment is included along with a copy of the Conservator’s Assessment by David Lee Colglazier. There are drawings, sketches and notes, some history of the Museum and a copy of a 1994 report written by a Museum Consultant.

Drawings for conversion of a historic Hartford house into apartments.

Project was a collaboration with Carol R Johnson, Boston landscape architect. Folder contains two proposal sketch drawings of the bandshell and photograph of other construction (?) in Rockwell Park.

This project was not built. Folder contains preliminary proposal drawings done with CAD.

Reports and surveys of this old building as well as an Assessment of Existing Structural Conditions by James K. Grant, Structural Engineer and an Archaeological Reconnaissance Survey of the Tavern prepared by Ross and Mary Harper. Also included are drawings, correspondence with owners and contracters, photographs and planting plans.
