4to, calf backed marbled boards. 31 pp + 5 printed orders representing the hand-written record of this militia between 1824 and 1835, with 2 printed from 1837 and 1 written entry from 1841. A pasted-in printed slip orders the 1st Company to "assemble...to join the Military Parade in honor of Ge. Lafayette our Country's Friend and Benefactor." It is followed by a written description of the event.
