Single sheet hand-written document on vellum (10" x 8"), transferring property leased from George Evelyn, Esq., Lord of Logmore, Manor of Westcott in Surrey, England. Signature of Edward Thurland. Most of the land was granted to Laurence Marsh; this is his copy. Docketed on the verso.
