Scope and Contents
Watercolor painting of Southey cottage with a bridge over the river in foreground, and next to it a small cottage (Greta bank) which was the home of William Calvert. 3 1/2" x 2" drawing on embossed card (4 1/2" x 3") with grape vine border and a lyre at each corner. On verso: inscribed in ink "Greta bank. The house of R. Southey Esqre. [sic] and signed in pencil "EHP. 1824" with tissue guard affixed to top.
