Scope and Contents
Report of the Committee of Claims, to whom was referred the petition of the heirs of Manuel Hover
Descendents of Hover claim that he was captured by the Indians during the French and Indian War, and after he ran away, was given the title of captain at the beginning of the Revolution. They seek a Revolutionary War pension.
