Report of the Committee on Revolutionary Pensions, to whom was referred the petition of Francis G. De Liesseline, for a pension. [Washington, D.C.] 14 p.
A still-living survivor of the revolution states that he joined the American forces in1778 at age 14 and served 4 years. No records of his service are extant. He requests a pension.
