Report of the Committee on REvolutionary Claims, to whom was referred the memorial of Eli, Baron De Kalb, son, and others, the heris at law of General John, Baron De Kalb, deceased. [Washington, D.C.] 5 p.
De Kalb, a major general in the American Revolution, died with a balance due him. The statute of limitations barred settlement once the family made a claim.
