Report of the Committee of Ways and Means, to whom was referred the Memorial of Henry Simpson, surviving administrator of George Simpson, decceased. [Washington, D.C.] 2 p.
The administrator presents "new and important evidence" which results in yet another claim which is once again rejected, the committee asking "to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject."
