Scope and Contents
Report of the Committee on Revolutionary Claims, to whom was referred the memorial of John Jackson's heirs, have examined a report and resolution made to the Continental Congress in 1785, and adopt the same. [Washington, D.C.] 6 p.
An attempt to collect pilot's half pay awarded to Jackson for his heroic activity by John Paul Jones during action off the coast of England in 1785.
Text signed in print by James Buchanan, Benjamin Franklin, Henry Knox and Thomas Jefferson.
