Report of the Committee on Naval Affairs, to whom was referred the memorial of George C. De Kay. [Washington, D.C.] 20 p.

The United States Government placed the US ship Macedonian under the command of Commodore De Kay to sail to the British Isles in order to provide donated provisions for the suffering poor of Scotland and Ireland. Du Kay requested reimbursement by the US Government for the expense of the trip.
