Report of the Committee on the Public Lands, to whom were referred, during the present session, petitions from sundry inhabitants of the state of Ohio, and a resolution to inquire into the expediency of reducing the price of, and abolishing the credit allowed on the public lands. January 19, 1809. Read, and referred to the committee of the whole House, to whom was committed, on the twenty-third of November last, a report of the Committee on the Public Lands, on a memorial of the House of Representatives of the Mississippi Territory.
