Scope and Contents

This series contains black-and-white snapshots of the Romanovs contained within photo albums, presumably taken by Vyrubova, as well as several folders of reprints and one folder containing a view album of the Romanovs for commercial use. The photographs primarily depict the family on summer vacations to the Crimea, Peterhof, and Tscarskoe where they are seen picnicing, in the woods, and on cruises.

This collection is open to the public and must be used in the John M.K. Davis Reading Room of the Watkinson Library, Trinity College Library, Hartford, Connecticut. Researchers must register and agree to copyright and privacy laws when using this collection.
