Papers/Photographs related to Moscow, 1933 - 1937
Scope and Contents
This series contains postcards, papers, other miscellaneous visual materials related to the Romanovs and the pre-WWI period, as well as secondary publications on the subject from the mid-late 20th century. The postcards span the 1920s-1930s and were collected by Fuller from the first time he visited with Vyrubova and subsequent trips to Russia. The series contains undergraduate papers by Fuller from 1933-1937 relating to Vyrubova's life, the Russian diaspora in Finland after WWI, and the Russian Revolution's history. Some other miscellaneous materials include Russian bank notes, photographs of Russian landscape, and watercolors by Vyrubova. Secondary sources focus on the Romanov family history, and the family's collection of artwork.
